As well as serving local customers, we supply restaurants across the UK and can count over 100 Michelin stars amongst our clients.

We have a retail butchery in Brailes, Oxfordshire, and deliver our produce to our local customers as well as top chefs throughout the country. We sell an extensive range of cuts and products, and prepare each order in our butchery to specific requests.
